Celebrating an award winning afternoon at a regional FSB event

We’re very proud to have been recognised as the regional winner (East of England) of the Community Award in the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) “Celebrating Small Business Awards 2024” for our work across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire to provide victims of domestic abuse with civil legal support and protection.
Members of the team were invited to collect the award and enjoy afternoon tea at Norwich’s Assembly House with the other regional winners, kindly hosted by the FSB Eastern Region Team.
This work wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and expertise of our in-house team of call handlers and caseworkers, and our legal partners, who support victims throughout their legal journey, so they can start to feel safe again. Huge thanks to them and to our referral partners, supporters, and ambassadors who believe in, trust, and support our service.
FSB development manager Candy Richards congratulated all the winners: “These aspirational businesses are true trailblazers, and reflective of the amazing small businesses we are fortunate to have here in East Anglia,” she said.
“It’s been thrilling to see so many small businesses showcase their achievements and take part in our awards.
“Although the climate for many of our small businesses is challenging, it’s been inspiring to read the award entries from businesses making such a positive impact on their staff and communities”.
We’re now excited to reach the FSB’s national finals which will be held in Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on May 9 where the UK winners will be announced. Fingers crossed!
