Other Services
As well as helping to protect people living with domestic abuse we offer essential services such as translation and interpretation services and a technology-driven solution to serve legal documents quickly and efficiently
WEPROCESS
WEPROCESS is a digitised process serving operation, designed to speed up the serving of legal documentation and delivered through state-of-the-art technology. It provides operators with a 360° view of the order landscape, and solicitors with a unified instruction mechanism in a secure, user-friendly online interface.
By inter-connecting court service instructions to our network of process servers, the WEPROCESS operator tracks each individual serve request in real-time at each stage. Following completion of the service, Statements of Service (SoS) are instantly uploaded to the WEPROTECT partner portal by the process server triggering automations which send copies of the order and statement of service to the relevant police force records bureau (local Force PNC team) and, where applicable, the local family court. This completes safeguarding of the applicant and improves police force compliance in civil order management.
