Access Domestic Abuse Legal Help

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic abuse, you can start the process of getting legal protection and support through our secure self-referral form.

Once your referral is received, our team will contact you to discuss your situation and help identify the most suitable civil protection order for your needs.

We’ll guide you through how to make an application for a civil protection order, and assess whether you may be eligible for Legal Aid for domestic abuse cases.

Even if you’re not eligible for Legal Aid, we’ll help you find the most appropriate form of legal support to make sure you can still access protection and advice safely.

Everything you share with us is kept confidential and secure. You can also make a referral on behalf of someone else, with their consent.

If you are in immediate danger, please call 999. If you cannot speak, dial 55 after calling 999 to use the Silent Solution.

Legal Aid is government funding that helps cover the cost of getting legal protection and advice for domestic abuse or domestic violence cases.

Legal Aid can support you with:

  • Solicitor representation – legal advice and court support.
  • Court applications – for civil protection or domestic abuse protection orders.
  • Legal costs – related to injunctions, child arrangements, or safety planning.

Our team can assess your eligibility for Legal Aid for domestic abuse cases and guide you through every stage of the process.

Even if you don’t qualify, we’ll connect you to trusted domestic abuse resources and help you find safe, confidential legal support.
